Indications for ACDF Plate:

- Congenital cervical deformity;

Contraindications for Anterior Cervical Plate System:

- Patients with acute infection, pregnancy, metabolic disorders of calcified tissues, or severe osteoporosis;

- Local infection at the implantation site;

- Multilevel cervical spinal stenosis;

- Cervical spondylosis or fractures with compression originating from the posterior aspect of the spinal cord;

- Allergy to metals;

- Patients unwilling to restrict activity or non-compliant with medical advice.
