Indications for Laminar Spine System:

The system is mainly applicable to patients with multilevel congenital cervical spinal canal stenosis, cervical degeneration, or cervical spinal canal stenosis caused by ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament, resulting in cervical spondylotic myelopathy, and who require posterior cervical laminoplasty for cervical canal expansion. The cervical spine should be in a lordotic or neutral position.

Contraindications for ODP Spinal Plating System:

- Patients with active systemic infections, pregnancy, metabolic disorders of tissues, or severe osteoporosis;

- Local infection at the implantation site;

- Anterior support deficiency caused by tumors, trauma, or infection;

- Drug abuse, mental illness, systemic neurological diseases, or immunosuppressive disorders;

- Allergy to metals;

- Patients unwilling to restrict activity or non-compliant with medical advice.
